Application of Dolycon CT100 Series Inverter in Pile driver
 
With the development of different technical requirements, the rotary digging pile driver can no longer meet the customer's requirements. The customer needs to transform the rotary digging pile driver into a rotary jet pile driver. In addition to the transformation of the mechanical part, the electrical part needs to be reconstructed synchronously.
First, remove the original cam controller and electrical control, add a new frequency conversion control cabinet, remove the brush part of the winding motor, and short-circuit the rotor of the motor.
 
Control principle: The brake motor turns on when the winch motor is working to 10HZ, brakes when it is lower than 10HZ, the winch motor is controlled through the external terminal, and the multi-speed control is used.
